This dove pendant is one of my most personal and meaningful pieces. It’s cast from my own 22ct gold pendant that I inherited from my mum, a Tamil wedding ornament called a 'thaali' that my dad gave her on their wedding day in 1960 to symbolise their union. After she passed away, I began wearing it often and was moved by how many people were drawn to its quiet power and beauty.
This version is handcrafted in 9ct yellow gold and set with a rose cut white diamond, a subtle sparkle that brings a sense of light and soul to the piece. The dove is a symbol of love, devotion, grace, the human spirit, and hope. Each one is made to order in my London studio, created with care for those looking for a deeply personal and emotive jewel.
