Shipping & Delivery
All jewellery is carefully packaged and sent using a tracked service. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are currently £7.50 for UK orders and £20 for international orders.
Ready to Ship Jewellery
I aim to dispatch Ready to Ship pieces within 3–5 business days of receiving your order.
If you need your jewellery sooner, please contact me before ordering and I will do my best to accommodate you.
Made to Order & Bespoke Jewellery
Production times vary depending on the piece. Please check the individual product listing for the estimated making and dispatch time for Made to Order jewellery.
Timescales for bespoke and custom jewellery will be discussed and agreed with you as part of the commission process.
UK Delivery: £7.50
UK orders are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery, a tracked and insured service.
The parcel will need a signature on arrival, so please ensure there is someone present to receive the goods.
Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 1–2 business days. Tracking details will be provided when your order has been sent.
International Delivery: £20
International orders are sent using Royal Mail International Tracked.
Delivery typically takes 5–8 business days after dispatch, although international orders can occasionally take longer due to customs processing or local postal services.
European Union
Shipping to EU countries is temporarily paused while I review new regulatory requirements.
I hope to resume shipping to selected EU destinations in the future.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country.
Where these charges are not collected at checkout, they are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs requirements and charges vary by country and may also affect delivery times.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact me as soon as possible.
All orders are sent using tracked services. I will check the tracking information and, where necessary, contact Royal Mail and open an investigation or claim.
If a parcel is confirmed as lost, I will work with you to arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.
