Sterling Silver Dove Pendant Necklace
The dove pendant is a very personal and soulful jewel. The dove is cast directly from my own 22ct gold dove pendant that I inherited from my mum when she passed away. The original is a Tamil wedding ornament called a 'thaali' that my dad gave to my mum on their wedding day in 1960 to signify their union. I have had so many comments over the years when I have worn my gold version that I kew I had to share its beauty with others as it’s a highly emotive jewel rich with symbolism including love, devotion, grace, the human soul, and hope.
I am a jeweller and trained goldsmith with 25 years experience using traditional goldsmithing techniques in a modern way to create unique treasures for unique people.
